CHANGE IN HOW TO QUERY CANADA RECORDS
As of September 2018, querying Canadian criminal justice information in NCIC will no longer return information, because the RCMP has stopped entering and maintaining their records in NCIC

Effective immediately, when needing Canadian criminal justice information, we need to either use the NLETS Forms in OpenFox Messenger, or continue to use the GLINK Canadian Forms using Shift+F5.

There are two ways to use the NLETS Forms in OpenFox Messenger: 1.    Use the menu displayed on the left side of the screen. 2. Use the command line located at the bottom of the OpenFox Messenger screen (For Wanted Persons - Use WQ, For Vehicles - Use VQ, For Articles - Use CAQ, For Guns - Use CGQ, For Securities - Use CSQ, For Boats - Use CBQ).

NLETS FORMS TO USE FOR CANADA QUERIES is the instructions with screenshot visuals emailed to TACs, and can be found on the LaunchPad Documents section.
